Book your English coach inside ChatGPT and Claude
Mockly is one of the first English coaching platforms you can use fully inside an AI chat. Connect it once, then ask your assistant for a coach's free times, book your free trial and practise interview answers, all without leaving the conversation.
https://app.mocklyenglish.com/mcpThis is a connector address, not a web page. Pasting it into a chat or a browser won't work. Add it once in your app's connector settings, as shown below, then just chat.
How to set it up (2 minutes)
Do this once. After that, just ask your assistant about Mockly in any chat.
ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Plugins and choose Add custom MCP server.
- Name it Mockly English, paste
https://app.mocklyenglish.com/mcpand choose OAuth for authentication. - Sign in to Mockly when asked and click Allow, so ChatGPT can book for you.
- In a chat, turn on Mockly English and ask, for example, “When is Sophie free next week?”
Claude
- Open Settings → Connectors and click Add custom connector.
- Name it Mockly English and paste
https://app.mocklyenglish.com/mcp. - Click Connect. Sign in to Mockly when asked, so Claude can book for you.
- Turn Mockly English on from the tools menu in any chat.

See free times and book a coach
Ask when Sophie or Tom are free in your time zone, then book your free trial or a paid session. You sign in to Mockly once and the chat books for you.
Fix the English in your CV
Paste your bullet points and get a score per bullet, with rewrites that sound like a native speaker wrote them.
Practise interview answers
Turn a story into a clean STAR answer, or draft a 30, 60 or 90-second 'tell me about yourself' from your CV.

How booking works
- 1Ask when a coach is free. You see times in your own time zone, no account needed.
- 2Pick a time. The chat opens a Mockly sign-in window: sign in or create a free account, then click Allow.
- 3The chat books it. Your Google Meet link and calendar invite arrive by email, and the session shows in your dashboard.
Your first session is a free 30-minute trial with no card. After that, sessions use credits from your session pack.

Questions
- Do I need an account?
- Not to see coach availability or use the practice tools. To book, the chat opens a Mockly sign-in window. Sign in, or create a free account with your email, and click Allow. The free trial needs no card.
- Can the chat book something I didn't ask for?
- The assistant is told to confirm the coach and time with you before it books. You can see, reschedule or cancel every session in your Mockly dashboard, and you can disconnect Mockly in your ChatGPT or Claude settings at any time.
- What can the chat see in my account?
- Your upcoming sessions and how many session credits you have. It can't see payment details or change your password.
- Which apps does it work with?
- ChatGPT and Claude, plus any other app that supports MCP connectors. In ChatGPT, add it under Plugins → Add custom MCP server.
