1.Record 60 seconds
Countdown, then talk. Hit record. Five seconds to breathe, then sixty seconds for your answer.
2.Get the AI roast
Blunt score + fixes. We score structure and proof — then roast what would lose a real screen.
3.Practise the rewrite
Tight model answer. Use the rewritten four-beat answer, or build your own lines below and record again.
Hit record. 5-second countdown, then 60 seconds. We roast the structure — not your accent.
Recording needs Chrome or Edge. You can still type below.
Answer structure
Greatest weakness is a short pitch — about 45–60 seconds. Four beats: name a real weakness, one example, what you do now, then progress.
1.Name a real weakness
Not “I work too hard.” Not the core skill of the job. One sentence. Real, not fatal. The roast blocks the fake humble-brags.
2.One example
When it showed up. One short scene. Interviewers do not believe a weakness without a moment.
3.What you do now
A habit or system. Not “I’m working on it.” Name the checklist, line, or 1:1 habit.
4.Progress
A recent result. Close with progress, then stop. Forty-five to sixty seconds total.
Build your answer
Optional: write the beats, then load the script into the recorder.
Start from a real tech weakness
- Name the weakness. One sentence. No hedge.
- No example. One time it showed up. Interviewers do not believe a weakness without a scene.
- No system. Say what you do now — a habit, a checklist, a 1:1 — not “I am working on it.”
- No progress line. Close with a recent result. Not perfection. Progress.
Spoken answer
Pick a preset or fill the four lines.
Practise greatest weakness out loud
A clean script still fails if you freeze under the clock. After you copy the rewrite, rehearse it again as timed behavioral interview practice — same free stack as Answer in 60.
